Chief Region Liaisons

Focused on the creation and support of LPO County Parties, providing information to the LPO members through available channels, development and growth of present and future LPO members, and support of local LPO candidates and issues. There will be requests to also work with state and national LP candidates. This team will also handle school outreach opportunities.  Regional Liaisons

Region Liaisons are focused on local activities, outreach, and development while supporting the Field Development Director. The Liaisons work directly with the County Development Groups (CDG) and support the affiliated county parties. Liaisons also support the other Directors and initiatives when needed (See map below).

Each LPO Region has an online Meetup group. We encourage you to sign-up to this online community. The link is on front page of the lpo.org home page.

Liaison to College Libertarian Groups, Students and Professors

To advocate for student involvement in the LPO, to encourage academic contributions from Ohio college and university professors in the fields of economics, history and political science, and to assist the formation and maintenance of libertarian student groups at Ohio colleges and universities.

Liaison for K-12 Students, Schools and Teachers

To be an advocate for the Libertarian Party involvement in schools, to maintain a list of speakers that we can provide teachers who wish to present Libertarian positions in the classroom, and to be a special source of educational materials for teachers and schools, to create special events of interest to young people.

Liaison to Veteran's Caucus

To advocate for veterans to obtain positions of authority and responsibility within the LPO structure, and to encourage veterans to attend meetings and functions.  To provide input and opinion on political issues that are of particular interest to veterans.

Membership Coordinator Team

This team keeps member lists up to date, networks with the national party membership team, and welcomes new members to the Ohio party.
