Time Place Description
6:30-9:30pm Winking Lizard Tavern
(across the street from the DoubleTree) 		Food buffet starts at 7:00pm - two entrees, sides, soda/pop, iced tea. Alcoholic drinks available from cash bar - payment is responsibility of participant.
$20 due in advance from anyone attending. Event is held in a private room.
9:30-11:30pm Hospitality Suite (Room #124) at DoubleTree Socialize with your fellow Libertarians late into the night.

9:15-9:25am Oaks Room Welcome & introductions by convention chair
9:25-9:30am Oaks Room LPO Chair brings meeting to order
9:30-9:45am Oaks Room LPO Chair annual report highlights
9:45-9:55am Oaks Room LPO Treasurer annual report highlights
9:55-10:10am Oaks Room LPO Secretary report of previous convention
10:10-10:15am Oaks Room Review of days agenda. LPO Chair adjorns meeting until afternoon business session.
10:15-10:30am ---- BREAK
10:30am-2:00pm Oaks Room Mid-day seminars. Seminars are included with paid registration to the convention.
Lunch is not provided, but may be brought into meetings and seminars.
10:30-11:30am Oaks Room ORC compliant political parties. State & County level issues will be covered. Presented by our very own Jeremiah Arn & Michael Johnston.
11:30am-11:45 ---- BREAK
11:45-12:55pm Oaks Room Candidates & Campaigns Seminar. Presented by our very own Paul Conroy & Tom Moore with guidance from National LP Political Director Sean Haugh.
12:55-1:00pm ---- BREAK
1:00-2:00pm Oaks Room Poll worker presentation by Kellye Pinkleton of the Voting Rights Institute and Brian Shinn from the Ohio Secretary of State's office
2:00-2:15pm ---- BREAK
2:15-5:30pm Oaks Room Afternoon business meeting.

2:15-4:30pm Oaks Room LPO Chair calls meeting to order.
Open floor to discuss & vote on proposed amendments & changes to LPO Constitution & Bylaws
4:30-4:45pm Oaks Room Nominations for new LPO officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, & Secretary)
4:45-5:00pm Oaks Room LPO officer nominees may address the convention (time to be divided equally between those who wish to speak, 3 minute maximum)
5:00-5:30pm Oaks Room Election of new LPO officers
5:30pm Oaks Room LPO Chair adjorns business meeting. Room must be vacated to prepare for dinner.
6:30-10:15pm Oaks Room Evening banquet, awards, & keynote speaker. Weekend registration or purchase of individual event ($55) required.
6:30pm Oaks Room Salad/appetizers served
6:45pm Oaks Room Doors open to evening dinner - social time
7:00pm Oaks Room Convention Chair calls to order, announcements

8:30-10:00am Buckeye Room Breakfast buffet served - self serve, ends at 10am sharp.
8:45-9:00am Buckeye Room Convention address by new and outgoing LPO officers (if needed)
